Joe4Oil – Citizens Energy

Point Bay is participating in the Citizens Energy/CITGO Oil Heat Program for 2013.  This program offers customers who demonstrate a need for a one time delivery of 100 gallons of fuel for free.  They are currently taking applications, and can be reached at 877-563-4645.  Upon approval, CITGO will mail a voucher directly to the customer.  Their office is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.  They are currently experiencing a high volume of calls, so it may be difficult to reach them.  Our dealer ID# is 104153
